Follow along

Get what we learn

We are working out how care plans actually get finished, and writing it down as we go. If that is useful to you, leave an address.

What you will get

  • How the follow-through mechanism changes as it meets real households, including the parts that turn out to be wrong.
  • What we find out about where care plans stall, and which stall points a system can genuinely do something about.
  • Plain explanations of the vocabulary, so a household can tell what they are being offered by anybody.

What you will not get

  • A sequence. There is no automated series that starts the moment you subscribe.
  • Email on a schedule. We write when there is something worth reading, which is not weekly.
  • Your address anywhere else. It is not sold, not shared, and not passed to another property. What we store.

Every message has an unsubscribe link that works immediately, and it is the same size as everything else in the message rather than four point grey at the bottom.

If you need something now

This list is not support and it is not urgent help. If you want the free check that produces a plan, that is AIOSeniors, and it takes a few minutes.

The part that does not end

One plan finishes. The driving, the meals and the appointments do not.

Follow-through closes out a single plan and then stops, on purpose. The ongoing work of a family sharing care is a different job: who is taking him on Thursday, who is picking up dinner, who is quietly doing all of it. That is what Family Observatory is for.
